The idyllically situated Brentwaldhof in South Tyrol

It owes its name to the active forestry that was abandoned generations ago and to the use of the wood as building material, firewood and charcoal that came with it.

The Brentwaldhof is a secluded farm set amid unspoilt nature at 800 m above sea level. It enjoys a quiet, sunny, south-facing position, approx. 15 minutes by car from Bolzano.

All holiday apartments are on the ground floor, each with its own private terrace and lawn in front – perfect for relaxing. And should the sun ever get too strong, the shady forest invites you for a pleasant walk. Dotted around it, and easy to reach along lovingly laid-out paths, are inviting quiet spots. For food and drink, a barbecue is available for shared use.

Electricity and heat from solar energy

Thanks to the photovoltaic system on the roof, we can supply the farm with our own energy.

Getting here by car – how to find us

Take the Bolzano Nord motorway exit and drive 1.5 km towards Bolzano as far as the traffic lights. Turn left there towards Karneid (Cornedo all’Isarco). From the traffic lights it is exactly 6.6 km to the left-hand hairpin bend, always climbing towards Steinegg (Collepietra). Turn right there and after 300 m turn right again at the Brentwaldhof turn-off – from here it is another 700 m to your destination.
