Brentwaldhof - an idyllically positioned farm - is situated in the middle of untouched nature at 800 meters above sea-level. Its name goes back to the times of active forestry and the accompanying use of wood as building material, firewood and charcoal – which now has ceased for generations.
Located in a calm and sunlit environment facing south, it allows the growing of Mediterranean herbs which are then processed to small remedies by Bregtje. Bregtje also holds acrylic painting courses, shares her insight into bioenergetics as well as her knowledge on herbs.
All holiday flats are at ground level with a private terrace and a garden inviting you to relax. If the sun shines too intensely, one can refresh oneself in the natural bathing pond. Alternatively, there are various comfortable hiking trails in the shade of the forest you can walk along. There are areas of relaxation distributed along these paths, which are easily accessible through lovingly laid down forestry tracks. One of these areas is found in the direction pointing towards "Latemar" – the imposing Dolomite Massif that is situated in front of the area, and which represents an Eldorado for alpine hiking. For nourishment, a shared grill is provided. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due the various animals on the farm.
